"Our extended family has spent a week at Boulder Cottages for the last six summers. It has become a very special place for us. It fits our entire family of 25 with ease. Each cottage is tastefully appointed, clean, and well cared for. The property manager is always just a call away and always available for any question or need you might have! Our kids run freely around the property and spend countless hours in the game barn. We would recommend Boulder Cottages without hesitation!"

"With almost 20 in our group ranging from grandparents to kids of seven and eight years old - all of whom have VERY strong opinions - the Cottages were the very first location to receive universal acclaim! Everyone had an activity, the facilities were quite literally first-class, and as meticulously investigative as my brothers and I are, there was nothing we would've set up our done differently! We absolutely loved the place, the beach, and especially the magnificent views at the salt pond. Can't wait to return!"

"The Boulder Cottages is the most amazing place! I held a 50th birthday celebration for my husband and had friends come in from all over. The main house became the general meeting area for the group – it is new and updated with very tasteful décor. The kitchen is so well equipped that we cooked all the meals on site. When our guests arrived they were stunned by how beautiful the cottages are – great beds and updated baths with great linens and towels. The compound also has a game room and fire pit that’s fun for late night activities for all ages – music, foosball, and hanging by the fire pit provided great bonding for all. This place is unbelievable – a must do!"

"We reserved the Boulder Cottages for a family reunion of 25+ and it was the perfect set up for such a large group. Between the six individual cottages (right next to each other), the beautiful main house, the game room, and the short walk to the waterfront on the property, it provided our group with a quiet, secluded, but close-knit location to catch up with family. There's plenty of space for outdoor activities and we made good use of the fire pit out back. I'd highly recommend for a large family gathering."

"My kids and their cousins planned a family reunion that included eight adult cousins, seven spouses, eight kids ages six months - six years, and three grandmothers. Boulder Cottages provided separate cabins/houses for each family, plenty of room for the kids to run around, wonderful cooking and eating space for shared meals, some kayaking, and access to a private beach. It was perfect."
